Randall Lindsey practices corporate and transactional law with an emphasis on international business transactions, including project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business arrangements, as well as the planning, structuring and implementation of a variety of international transactions. Randall has worked on matters involving Europe and Asia, and has unique and extensive experience in Mexico and the rest of Latin America.

Randall has advised clients involved in banking and financial services, real estate, construction, energy and oil & gas, agriculture, textiles, sports and entertainment, food and beverage, and shipping and transportation services. Randall has recently represented a variety of developers and investors in the negotiation and documentation of complex resort and residential developments in Mexico´s growing tourist destinations. This work has ranged from entitlement and regularization of properties, to the negotiation, acquisition and finance of the purchase of going concerns via a variety of legal structures including Mexico´s guaranty and administrative trusts.

Randall is a graduate of Yale University, and of the law faculties of Arizona State University and Mexico’s Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Prior to founding Torres Lindsey, Randall practiced as a member of the international section of two multi-national law firms, both ranked in the AmLaw 100.

Randall is one of a select group of American attorneys also licensed to practice law in the Republic of Mexico.
